For the past 400 years this Grade II listed thatched cottage has overlooked the green in the heart of a village that boasts a good pub and shop. One of a pair, and full of character with low beams and antique pine furniture it is just 1½ miles from clean golden sands and romantic Burgh Island. Paths from the door lead to the River Avon and superb cliff walks. Noss Mayo and beautiful Dartmoor lie within 10 miles, whilst Salcombe, Dartmouth, Plymouth and the Eden Project offer good days out.
